Fujitsu Services, the exclusive distributor of Ex Libris products in Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with the Library of the Naturvardsverket–the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency–for the latest version of ALEPH 500™. ALEPH was selected to replace the institutes current Axiell Libra III system following a thorough RFP process which included both national and international vendors.
About the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency Library:
The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency is the central environmental authority under the Swedish Government that coordinates and advances environmental work both nationally and internationally. The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s Library is a national resource library, responsible for providing information services on environmental issues. In addition to functioning as an information centre for the Agency’s own staff and environmental researchers, the Library is also open to the public. Today, the Library also functions as an information centre for EU-related environmental issues. The Agency Library is located in central Stockholm.
