Referral Model
The Referral Model is an enhanced approach in Rialto that streamlines content acquisition for libraries by facilitating direct engagement with provider platforms.
The Referral Model has been shared with a broad range of community stakeholders, including the Rialto Working Group, the Rialto Focus Group, ELUNA, Customer Advisory Boards, and various individual institutions and the feedback has been very positive.
