The move to Rapido has brought significant back-end efficiencies for library staff. “Staff have found the switch to automation beneficial, and the ability to keep a record within each request has been helpful for troubleshooting,” reports Stacey Brown, Resource Acquisition & Supply Team Leader at Nottingham Trent University. On the user side, the impact was quickly felt, with researchers expressing satisfaction with the faster delivery of articles and chapters. “We’ve received positive feedback from researchers who are delighted with the speed of supply,” Brown notes.
