Houston, TX and Newton, MA—November 13, 2006. Ex Libris™ Group has announced that National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center selected the MetaLib® library portal and SFX®, the context-sensitive link server, to power its electronic search and link environment.
The Johnson Space Center joins the NASA Langley Research Center as NASA customers of MetaLib/SFX. The JSC also joins a large and growing contingent of United States Federal Government customers of SFX or MetaLib/SFX, including 7 national laboratories, 3 military universities or laboratories, the Patent and Trademark Office, the Government Printing Office, and the Centers for Disease Control.
