The University of Genoa offers 127 undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs at its four educational centres (Genoa, Imperia, Savona, and La Spezia). An enrolment of over 32,600 students is served by 1,300 instructors, 1,400 administrative staff members, and approximately 80 librarians.
The five libraries of the university library system deliver services in 60 locations and hold over 1,200,000 items. More than 45,000 electronic resources are available and, in 2013, the libraries processed 69,000 loans and more than 9,000 interlibrary loans and document delivery requests.
