Ex Libris will use Mixpanel to receive anonymous real-time data about user behavior in Primo discovery, harnessing Mixpanel’s capabilities to include a better understanding of the user journey, identifying pain points, drop-off points, locating the access points to Primo and more. These analytics uncover trends and patterns in how library collections are being used and reveal opportunities to make strategic improvements that enhance engagement.
