ProQuest today announced that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission has closed its review of the acquisition of Innovative. Innovative, which during the investigation operated separately, can now be integrated into the ProQuest corporate family. Operationally, Innovative will run independently as a ProQuest entity and peer company to Ex Libris.
