Eric Hines will be leading the North American Ex Libris operations
Chicago, IL—October 2, 2014. Ex Libris® Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Hines as president of Ex Libris North America and a member of the Group’s executive management team.
Mr. Hines joins Ex Libris after holding senior management positions for the last ten years at NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), a leading worldwide provider of intent-based solutions that capture and analyze customer interactions. During his tenure at NICE, Mr. Hines acquired some of the company’s largest customer accounts and played a significant role in developing business strategy. In his most recent position, as vice president of a major NICE division, Mr. Hines was responsible for sales, marketing, and business and technology partnerships, and he worked hand in hand with the professional services team to deliver the NICE suite of applications.
