The partnership will strengthen the integration of the Ex Libris Leganto reading-list solution with the Brightspace learning management platform

Ex Libris® Group, a world leader in the provision of library automation solutions, is pleased to announce that it will be collaborating with D2L (formerly Desire2Learn) as a member of the D2L Brightspace Partner Network. This partnership will enable institutions that use the new Ex Libris Leganto reading-list solution and the Brightspace™ learning management platform to benefit from a tighter integration of the two products.
Leganto offers innovative services for the creation, maintenance, and use of course reading lists in higher education. Supporting workflows that bridge the course management system of an institution, its library management system, and third-party services, Leganto offers a collaborative, engaging environment for instructors and students. Statistics and insights provided by the Leganto analytics module help libraries identify trends, plan resource acquisition and subscriptions, and demonstrate the libraries’ value to their institution.
