To provide an improved and more convenient experience for Ex Libris customers, the Ex Libris Trust Center has moved to the Clarivate Trust Center. Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Trust Center.
What is the Trust Center?
The Trust Center is a one-stop clearinghouse for information about company practices, policies and procedures on privacy, security, transparency, and compliance.
Why did the ExLibris Trust Center move to the Clarivate website?
By integrating the Ex Libris Trust Center with the Clarivate™ Trust Center website, we have consolidated all the essential resources and information in a unified, centralized location. We believe that this consolidation will provide you with an improved and more convenient experience while accessing information related to our security practices.
How does this improve my user experience?
- It eliminates navigating to a separate site – everything will be just a click away.
- It provides access to larger security team who can:
- enhance regular updates
- better detect and analyze potential security threats
- swiftly mitigate and resolve any potential security incidents
Does this update change or affect any policies or contractual agreements? What will change?
Moving information to the Clarivate Trust Center has no impact on your contractual agreements.
Our standards and policies are aggregated into statements (e.g., “Welcome to Ex Libris Cloud” statement, “Cloud Security and Privacy Statement” and whitepapers) to help you find the relevant information quickly, instead of having a dedicated page or policy for each topic. Statements about Ex Libris Information Security are available here.
