Insights into users’ behavior are essential for libraries, in order to take data-driven decisions on how to improve user experience, optimize collection development, provide new services, and more.
The upcoming Primo July release provides a new analytics and reporting service, based on the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) platform – a leading platform for managing and delivering interactive reports and dashboards.
Reports are easy to customize, allowing you to create your own reports and share them with others. In the coming release out of the box reports include for example, user actions, facet usage, and popular searches reports. Furthermore, Primo and Alma customers can now benefit from a single, unified analytics interface.
