Rapido, by Ex Libris, part of Clarivate, a leading provider of cloud-based library solutions, has received FedRAMP authorization. This authorization for Rapido follows the FedRAMP authorization of Alma and Primo in 2019.

The FedRAMP program standardizes the process of security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services that federal agencies intend to use. This process helps to establish trust in cloud services across the U.S. Government, providing a common security framework.

With this newly received authorization, individual agencies aiming to simplify the interlibrary loan experience for patrons and staff can now select Rapido when searching for a solution that meets strict cloud security requirements.

“U.S. Government agencies need to have a choice. By adhering to leading standards requirements, we are broadening the range of cloud-based library solutions federal agencies can choose from.” Yariv Kursh, Senior Vice President, General Manager at Ex Libris, part of Clarivate

Your agency now has a choice. Discover Rapido and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
