In this week’s customer spotlight, Josh Welker of the University of Central Missouri discusses the impact of the Summon discovery service on scholarly research and student learning, and how it helps the library address faculty needs.
Josh Welker explains how Summon’s single search box enables easy searching for students and researchers, exposes databases they might not usually find, and allows them to track down citations. In addition, Summon increases access to LibGuides and allows seamless searching within the university website through its standard APIs.
